We offer a variety of classes with qualified, certified instructors in:
PILATES
See your posture improve, stomach and buttocks tone up, legs and arms look leaner as you follow the instructions of this popular program. Focused breathing is employed to coordinate the abdominal muscles and promote core stability.
PILOGA
This class combines Pilates and Yoga techniques to improve muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. This class will flow, using props to provide variety and intensity to the workout. Piloga people leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
BARRE
Barre can strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt your entire body to get a sleek dancer like physique. This low impact, light cardio workout starts with the kettlebell for strength, moves to ballet inspired sculpting moves for the legs, hips, and butt, and finishes with abdominal work and stretching. No dance experience is required as you move to upbeat music and get “BARRE FIT “.
SCULPT/PUMP/TOTAL BODY
This class is a full body sculpt class using dumbbells, body bars, and physio balls that will tone and sculpt your body to improve strength and endurance. (All Levels)
ZUMBA
This class is a Low-High Aerobic Dance class combining Latin and International Music with a combination of slow and fast rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Come join in the fun while getting in shape!
YOGA
Join a class in which movements flow from one to another in conjunction with breath. Breath with movement offers a natural way to reduce stress. It can help you achieve an overall feeling of well-being, and blends strength, balance and flexibility into a user-friendly style attainable by individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Every individual can build a healthy body and obtain a calmer mind with a safe and effective yoga practice.
TAI CHI
This class is a slow sequence of movements which emphasize a straight spine, abdominal breathing and a natural range of motion. A great way to improve balance as we age.
ZUMBA GOLD
Zumba Gold is for the active adult population. It addresses the anatomical, physiological, and psychological needs specific to the active older adult. This program fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program.
SilverSneakers® Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
SilverSneakers® Cardio
Get up and go with an aerobics class that’s safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
SilverSneakers® Yoga
SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Is a challenging, fun, 45 minute class combining strength, cardio, balance and core flexibility workout that is time efficient that will help build a healthier heart, lose weight and maintain muscle and increase your metabolism.
Step Aerobics
Is designed for the beginner and intermediate level participants. Individuals experienced with step aerobics and those at advanced levels will find the class to be easy and enjoyable as well
Take a Group Exercise class. Class memberships can be included with a Gym membership or Class only memberships are also available.
